New York Style Bagels to Kill the Time...

Image
My days as a 'Research Technician' are numbered....just four more days. I have Wednesday (today) and Friday off. So, to pass the time today, I decided to try out one of the numerous recipes that I have found online--New York Style bagels. The recipe, found here  at TSG  is so yummy and super easy! Particularly my roomie. Well, ex-roomie, I guess. 5) I am now trained as a barista...Kaladi Brother's trained, that is. I can now make you a delicious, properly made cappicino or latte.  Yet anot...
